James is a Principal Consultant with us, outcome driven, James is passionate about utilizing his expertise to enable our clients to achieve success and prosperity and ultimately realise their goals. James is fiercely proud of being Canberra Born and Bred and is looking forward to watching his two daughters grow up in the same city he did. When he isn’t chasing his two headstrong girls around he can be found at the local park throwing a ball with his two brindle Boxers. In his downtime James enjoys watching basketball and escaping reality through Xbox One gaming.

Experience
James is a Principal Consultant with Stockwell Bretton with expertise in Human Resources Management, Facilitation, Organisation Design, Workforce optimisation, Shared Services Implementation, Business Analysis, Change Management and Requirements Definition and Analysis.
James has over 15 years’ experience working within Defence and Intelligence organisations with a number of years working with Federal and State Governments.
James is also HR and Business Operations Professional with extensive experience within the Defence industry and specialised experience on project work including M&A work, transition of business, integration, business transformation and bid work.
