We are very excited to announce that our company is growing to provide extra expertise and new capability.

Since forming in 2008, we have proven our ability to deliver high quality outcomes in Strategic Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Capital Asset Delivery and Corporate Governance.

As we move towards 2015, we are building our capability and offering in Strategic Communications and Engagement and Digital Strategy. We will also be adding more expertise in the area of Organisational Development and Organisational Psychology.

We have long considered these areas to be both complementary to our current services and essential components of a well-rounded approach to planning and delivering positive transformations.

The first of our new team members is our Principal Consultant, Ben Smith. Ben has over 16 years’ experience in Strategic Communications, Change Management and Organisational Development.

In recent times Ben has worked with governments, corporations and communities to deliver large scale transport infrastructure in South east Queensland and Canberra.

Ben has also played a key role in driving reform programs within organisations like Suncorp, Ergon Energy, Brisbane City Council and the Commonwealth Department of Immigration.

While we have certainly provided Strategic Communications and Engagement services in the past, the addition of a new national lead in Ben Smith will boost our offering in this area.

In the coming months we will add further capability in Organisational Development, Strategic HR Management, Organisational Psychology and Digital Strategy.

These new skills will be brought into both our Canberra and Brisbane offices, providing local know-how combined with national leadership.
